We are looking for a new member of our HR Business Partners crew. There are 5 of us at this moment and each of us takes care of our employees, leaders, and general HR-related projects. The person who joins us will be a part of an ambitious team from which he or she will get a lot of support and guidance. 

The new member would work closely with the HR BP Team Leader at the beginning in order to get to know the company’s culture and procedures well and to be able to start acting as an independent and professional business partner. We are looking for someone who is at the beginning of their HR BP development path and would like to grow into this role.

What are the responsibilities of a Junior HR Business Partner?

  • working closely with the HR Business Partner’s team and its Leader to understand the wider business context and the human capital management needs of a dynamically scaling organisation,
  • being involved in all matters related to employee onboarding, development, succession planning, promotion, and offboarding, 
  • supporting long-term strategies to develop and retain talent,
  • Being a people processes guardian and working with data in order to recommend the best HR related solutions,
  • acting as an employee champion and change agent,
  • conducting market research and testing new approaches and best practices,
  • embodying and promoting the Netguru organisational culture.

 

We want onboard if you:

  • have at least 3 years of experience in different HR areas - most preferably working not only with data, but with internal or external customers on a daily basis, 
  • have excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • have a proactive approach, are responsive to challenges and continuously changing needs,
  • are relationship-based and know how to drive a well-networked, trusting and inclusive organization,
  • are analytical and solution-focused i.e. able to translate a data-driven strategy into action,
  • have a very good command of written and spoken Polish and English (CEFR C1+),
  • are forward-looking and focused on growth of oneself, the organization, and the people around you.
