Your responsibilities will centre around:

  • Qualifying inbound leads and encouraging our inbound leads to start working with Netguru,
  • Adjusting the approach and sales process to the client’s needs in order to maximize the chances to close the deal,
  • Negotiating terms with new accounts and closing business deals,
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate information, and creating a positive customer experience.

We expect you to have:

  • experience in working with targets (monthly, quarterly, etc.) and having good track record of accomplishing them,
  • proven track record of closing business deals,
  • excellent command of written and spoken English (CEFR C2+),
  • fluency in any second language - would be a big advantage,
  • at least 1 year experience in a similar position/account management at a software consulting/SaaS services company,
  • impressive written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal abilities,
  • experience in addressing and resolving complex customer issues,
  • efficient in creating action plans with accounts and closing deals,
  • proactive approach to improving processes,
  • general knowledge of outreach process and account management,
  • willingness to travel.

Additionally, it would be great if you had:

  • ability to plan and execute strategy for selling new services,
  • ability to create specific client proposals,
  • hands-on knowledge of contract negotiation,
  • linguistic or liberal studies diploma (nice to have).
