POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager with a strong passion for ownership and accountability, to manage large-scale programs that drive service and tooling standardization, best practice adoption and control implementation across a range of stakeholders, teams, partners and services. This role is critical in supporting the fundamental elements of our mission, earning and maintaining customer trust, and rigorously safeguarding customer data!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead development, implementation and evaluation of high impact security and privacy initiatives to maintain customer trust;
  • Drive programs to improve our security, privacy, compliance, and levels of transparency with our customers.
  • Be a subject matter expert in Instapage contracting, SLA terms and Trust related topic (e.g., security, compliance, operational practices, internal policies and controls).
  • Work with customer-facing teams to build out our knowledge base on trust and compliance related content.
  • Play a critical role in the definition of projects you manage, driving priorities and goals and tracking progress on milestones and service deliverables, anticipating dependencies, driving decisions and detecting problems early to ensure successful execution;
  • Continually foster strong cross-functional relationships to drive business engagement and execution of security objectives and goals, serving as an internal champion for security and privacy;
  • Create and implement change management strategies and communications plans that maximize employee adoption and usage of security controls, and minimize resistance to new security solutions;
  • Provide thorough and detailed support of security platforms and requirements, including associated technical product and operational policies and procedures to ensure requirements are consumable by diverse business, operations and engineering teams;
  • Measure and monitor the maturity level of established security programs and existing controls, including periodic assessments to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement;
  • Manage end-of-year summits, quarterly Security Program Reviews, and other events related to team engagement;
  • Collaborate with teams in Security Engineering, Cloud Architecture and Enterprise IT, Business Operations, HR and other key stakeholders across the business.


Requirements
Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in project management/program management within a technical field in an agile environment;
  • Comfort in dynamic, flexible environments, bridging engineering and product management requirements with operations and managing global programs that span a variety of projects, teams, geographical locations, areas of focus or milestones;
  • Ability to develop structure, advance execution and measure performance within various and complex projects, teams and environments;
  • Organized, methodical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated ownership and willingness to dive in and do what it takes to achieve the team’s end goals.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, including the ability to simplify key messages, present compelling stories and promote technical and personal credibility with technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Experience negotiating security and compliance terms for customers;
  • Experience working with information security standards and best practices for areas such as application security, product security, infrastructure security, operational security, security controls or risk management frameworks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ideally, prior experience in one of Risk Management, Cyber Security, or Law Enforcement
