Opis

Main tasks:
Responsible for delivery of Infrastructure services within availability, performance, security and process requirements, this especially means:

  • Involvement in incident management, problem management and change management processes on behalf of Infrastructure team
  • Coordination of high-risk incidents investigation, escalation focal point for our team - both internal and external (other teams/vendors)
  • Alignment on global ICT model with Transformation Office, constantly improving and adapting our internal processes
  • Improving our relationship with other TECH teams and vendors, coordinating service fulfillment and SLA tracking
  • Reporting of ICT processes for MIB Infrastructure team to senior managers, global ICT teams etc.
  • Coordinating, supporting and reporting on audit processes, both the Infrastructure and business ones, where Infrastructure expertise may be required
  • This position does not involve managing people

Requirements:

  • Education: MSC level in Information Technology or equivalent relevant job experience
  • 5+ years of IT experience in Operating systems, Databases, Servers
  • ITIL certification
  • 2+ years of experience working with ICT Processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management etc)
  • Successful history of cooperating with other IT teams and external vendors/partners
  • Positive attitude towards working with business and technical internal customers, as well as senior managers
  • Being able to work independently - track, report and escalate issues if required
  • Ability to explain technical issues to senior management and business customers/partners
  • Experience of working in multinational and multicultural organizations with direct client exposure is an advantage - candidate must be customer and goal oriented
  • Experience of working in financial environment is an advantage
  • Foreign language: English, German will be an asset
