Beta District is a Hong Kong based-company with offices in Poland (Poznan and Cracow), UK (London) and Malta. 

 

A broad range of different products (from BitCoin payment system to worldwide gambling platform) allowed Engineering team to use a lot of different solutions, based eg. on Java, Ruby, GoLang and React.js. 

 

We are looking for open-minded people - now a Test Engineer, with a high level of adaptability as problems to solve change every week.

 

Creating amazing products means first testing to ensure they work exactly like they should. Test Engineer will be working on expanding our automated integration test coverage, constantly skilling up and learning new techniques to promote better and healthier applications.

 

What we need from you:

  • minimum 1 year testing experience (both manual and automation),
  • knowledge of using automated test tools (Selenium, Nightwatch, Protractor or webdriver.io),
  • experience in developing and executing manual test scripts for requirement validation, integration, regression, performance and usability testing,
  • direct hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools and defect tracking/reporting tools,
  • very good communication skills in English.

Other helpful skills:

  • experience with Unified Functional Test Suite, Compliance Sheriff and JIRA,
  • basic knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle principles,
  • computer science degree or similar will be a plus.

  • expand our automated unit and integration test coverage,
  • commit the development of our products and guide the future evolution of our systems so that they best suit our needs,
  • ensure that requirements and quality standards are recognized, understood and maintained.
